The fine print

Perrypus is a social discovery platform that helps users find companions for movies, events, cafes, and other social activities based on shared interests.

The Platform only facilitates introductions and communication between users. We do not organize, supervise, monitor, or participate in any meetings, dates, events, or activities conducted outside the Platform.

• Users must be at least 18 years old.

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

• Users must complete identity and selfie verification when required.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

We may request:

• Name

• Date of Birth

• Phone Number

• Profile Photos

• Selfie Verification

• Other information necessary for account verification

Verification does not guarantee the authenticity, behavior, intentions, safety, or reliability of any user.

Users agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or stalk others.

• Share illegal, offensive, hateful, or explicit content.

• Impersonate another person.

• Use fake photos or misleading information.

• Request money from other users.

• Promote illegal activities.

• Share personal information recklessly.

Any violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

• Free users may have limited daily requests.

• Premium plans may increase request limits and unlock additional features.

• We do not guarantee successful matches.

• Acceptance or rejection of requests is solely at the discretion of users.

Users may communicate through platform chat features. We reserve the right to:

• Monitor communications for safety purposes.

• Review reported conversations.

• Investigate violations of our policies.

• Remove content that violates these Terms.

Users understand and agree that:

• Any meeting, date, event attendance, movie outing, cafe visit, or social interaction occurs entirely at the users' own risk.

• We are not responsible for any conduct, actions, statements, disputes, injuries, losses, damages, fraud, theft, harassment, emotional distress, or criminal activity resulting from user interactions.

• Users should exercise independent judgment and caution before meeting anyone.

Although we may perform verification checks, we cannot guarantee:

• Identity accuracy

• User intentions

• User behavior

• Personal safety

Users should:

• Meet in public places.

• Inform friends or family before meeting.

• Avoid sharing sensitive information.

• Use personal discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perrypus, its owners, employees, partners, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• User behavior

• Offline meetings

• Personal disputes

• Financial losses

• Physical injuries

• Emotional distress

• Property damage

• Criminal acts by users

Users assume full responsibility for interactions with other users.

• Certain features may require paid subscriptions.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• We may modify pricing with prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fake profiles

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse

• Policy violations

• Safety concerns

All platform content, logos, branding, software, and design elements belong to Perrypus and JIRSHA CREATIONS. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Perrypus is operated under the trade name JIRSHA CREATIONS. For any legal or business inquiries, contact us through the Platform.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

All subscription fees and payments made on the Perrypus Platform are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Before purchasing any subscription, users are encouraged to review the features and benefits of the selected plan. Perrypus does not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind or no longer wanting the subscription.

• Partial use of the subscription period.

• Technical issues caused by the user's device or internet connection.

• Accidental purchase, unless reported immediately and the subscription has not been used.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, you may contact our support team at support.perrypus@gmail.com with your payment details and reason for the refund request. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Perrypus reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
